Been using a wood-burning fireplace for years and finding a good ash rake has always been a struggle. This one finally hit the mark. The long handle is great — keeps you well away from the heat while you're moving ash around. The rake head is sturdy and the right size for getting into corners without knocking everything around. The grip is comfortable and doesn't slip even when you're working at an awkward angle. Solid construction overall, feels like it'll last a good long time. Way better than the flimsy one that came with my fireplace tool set. Definitely recommend.
